We worked with Davies Sutton Architects on the restoration of the ruins of this historically significant Grade 1 Listed chapel to provide a museum and gallery space.
The whole church was heated by an old oil fuel boiler which was in a basement boiler house that flooded on a regular basis. We worked with the Diocese of Llantwit Major to get a new gas supply into the church, through the grave yard, and designed a compact new above ground boiler house which was integrated into the restored chapel.
We worked closely with the architects to design a lighting system to highlight the artefacts on display.
